MARBLE PARK VOLUME TWO

This complilation includes a really tight track called "I Apologize" by Sunny and the Sunliners. Sunny Ozouna originally started his first band back in the day between the years of 1957 & 1958 with Rudy Guerra. The group was called Sunny and the Sunglows which consisted of 6 teenage members; Norwood Perry (bass), Al Condy (guitar), George Strickland (drums), Rudy Guerra (saxophone), and Sunny Ozuna (vocals). The Sunglows played at Lackland Airforce Base and other military clubs around San Antonio. Though they were paid close to nothing, the thrill, adrenalin and fun that the teens received out of having a band and performing kept them going.
In 1963 Sunny picked up some new band mates from Jesse Villanueva's The Rockin' Vees. Upon doing so the group changed their name to Sunny and the Sunliners.
