Well........what up everybody? The run is over.....the haterz, the counterfieters, the jealous, the lame and the record companies finaly got their wish.....KLD & TVD are done this week. I was gonna walk away from the whole thing after the "WE ARE CLOSED" post and just forget about it....but then I thought about it....HELL NO.....I gotta go out strong.....I can't go out like those weak ass, jealous rats that are hating on us! Instead I'm gonna go out on top of the game with an instant classic! No person or entity can control my thoughts, emotions or actions!
This will be my final gift to the listeners....a compilation aptly named "HARD TIMEZ OLDIEZ." This compilation was partially inspired by the homeboy Mexikanz who asked me recently if I could do an album featuring his ride on the front cover. Some people might think HARD TIMEZ OLDIEZ is a description of our oldiez sites gowing thru hard times....it's actually not. This is just a realization that the weak, jealous and lame that instigated the closure action are gonna be out of luck in the future when they try to seek out true underworld soul. They no longer will be able to depend on KLD or TVD for their daily or weekly fix. If you study the "HARD TIMEZ OLDIEZ" album cover you'll see the cat on the right smiling with a devious gleem in his eyes...that represents me....THE G MAN. The reason I'm smiling is because for one year worth of work I have enough oldies and contacts to supply myself for life.....I'm the one that came away with the big score. The cat on the left represents the lame and the jealous that thought it would be a good idea to close us out.......in time they will realize that was their biggest souldies blunder of their lifetime......soon their faces will be the carbon copy image of the loser on the left side of the album cover.....everyone knows how the world works......the harm you cause will make a return trip back to your life as your own personal gift!
This comp is filled with oldies from 1957-1964. The kind of soul rolas the real souldies lovers were listening to at 5 a.m. in the morning on New Years Day while they were still in full party mode from the night before.
This will be my last contact with many of you. I want thank all of the loyal listeners & the dedicated members of the E-mail Familia for all of their support. Most importantly I want to thank the TVD CREW MEMBERS....our work is truly something to be proud of.
From here THE G MAN is gonna fade into the night.......my old email is closed, it will no longer be available to get in contact with me....Got lots of new ideas and avenues to exploit in the future. I will get in touch with some of my very deep and loyal contacts in the future if at all possible.

Personally, this has been the trip of a lifetime for me. I have been able to recall fond memories (and some not so fond) of love and devotion and what it means to give love and be loved in return.

when will the record companies get off their backsides and sort out somewhere for us to listen to their
back catalog material, instead of whining about the blogs doing just that?.. and instead of learning, they still hold back the older songs..
I sure wish you guys were still around,I just found this site right whem you guys were about to close,If you guys ever start up again please let me know where your site is cause you guys put out the best rolas.I am also a oldie collector and would also love to share my collection of rare soul.
