Here's a souldies staple for the dedicated listeners from our man PANCHO out of Cali's capital city.
Led by the late Jasper "Jabbo" Philips' sweet falsetto, the Temprees excelled at singing heart touching sweet southern jerkers. Representative of that infectious sound are "Dedicated to the One I Love," "If I Could Say What's on My Mind," and "I Love You, You Love Me." Jabbo forsakes the falsetto for a natural tenor similar to the Newcomers' Bertram Brown on "Your Love Is All I Need," the mid-tempo "I Love, I Love," "You Make Me Feel So Good Baby," and James Taylor's {"Don't Let Me Be Lonely Tonight/A Love Song."
