RossyBoy's Twelfth Night Vol 12

I've been thinking about our team on this one. A couple of Tejas tracks for Lil'cholo - a Freddy Fender version of a lowrider favorite plus a nice one from Moses Dillard, who had a biggie with brother Joshua on "My Elusive Dream". And track 15 is a tribute to G MAN and all the work he does on this site and his sister site. In our house, the last two weeks of the year is when Phil Spector's Christmas album comes out and gets played non-stop! The killer track on that album is by Darlene Love, a great chanteuse who never really got the credit she deserved. Well here's a version of that rola that you can play any time of the year! I'm kinda pleased that I tracked this one down. There's also a hard-to-find alternate version of Zilla Mayes' killer classic "I Love You Still" - this one issued separately on the Charly label and I never thought it as good as the original, but the more I spin it the more its own charms grow on me. Hopefully you'll like some or all of this wide-ranging bunch! Let me know!
