RossyBoy's In A Word Vol 10

I had to put in a lot of work now I'm back in order to keep up with the TVDreamz Team. My Homiez are really, really hot on cover arte so I had to do my bit to try to match the standard. Hope you like the new look! And as for the theme of this compilation....well, a while a go I noticed that very few tracks had One Word titles especially if you eliminate Names (especially girls' names!) and Places. So I started to keep note when I stumbled across the odd one. Then I filtered it down to these twenty. It's the usual mix - some raw Sixties classics such as the '63 version of "Rainbow" and Tommy Hunt's gut-wrencher "Human", as well as samples from two of my favourite ladies, Maxine and Irma. Throw in some nice lowrider and latin tunes (even a couple with Spanish lyrics!). Some dusty oldies that I hadn't heard for a while and a couple of Blue-Eyed Soul tracks to finish. A little plug for fellow-Scot Frankie Miller whom I met once back in the day and who has a great southern-style soul voice. Should be something for everyone (and have a look at your own collection for One Word titles - harder than you think.......)
