DOUBLE DOSE OF RODDIE JOY FROM 1965

Here's a double dose of the talented Rita Coleman aka Roddie Joy. Roddie's first three singles were produced on the Red Bird Label. Later she moved to Cameo/Parkway for an additonal four singles. Unfortunately both of these labels in the end fell into bankruptcy. All of her records were written and produced by Mike Lewis and Stu Wiener, a New York team who previously sang in doo wop groups before moving to the writing and production end.
