THE PERSUADERS were formed in New York, NY. in 1969. Soon after they issued their 1st album called THIN LINE BETWEEN LOVE AND HATE which of course included the title song that went gold and this great, sometimes overlooked track. "Love's Gonna Pack Up (And Walk Out)" reached number eight on the R&B charts in 1971. On this song THE PERSUADERS are backed up by Angel Luis Panaiagua, Jr. (guitar), Paul Young (vibraphone), Harry "Al" Giscombe (bass), and Leroy Quick (drums).
